CHINT GLOBAL PROJECT REFERENCE
CHINT GLOBAL PROJECT REFERENCE
Europe & CIS Area CHINT's 103MW solar power station in Midden Groningen, Netherlands was successfully connected to the grid in Dec 2019. The project installed about 315,000 pieces of solar modules independently developed and produced by CHINT on 117 hectares of land, which can provide green power to at least 32,000 households. It is currently the largest solar power station in the Netherlands and the first to be integrated into the Dutch TenneT power grid. The solar power station has added new examples for the close cooperation between China and the Netherlands in the new energy field. Since 2017, CHINT has built multiple solar power plants in the Netherlands, two of which are under construction. The capacity of the new power station is approximately 146MW. These stations are integrated with the cultural landscape and surrounding environment to increase biodiversity, display the charm and vitality of renewable energy, and fully embody CHINT's " Splendid Photovoltaic " concept.
