Standardization Main Features
Chint standardizes design, materials, manufacturing, transportation, and installation, which can reduce various problems. The use of standard containers for transportation will not cause high costs due to the ultra-wide and ultra-high special transportation methods, and it is easier to hoist and assemble.
Modularity
The product is highly integrated in the container, each module can have an independent function, and different modules can be spliced and combined on site to meet the different needs of customers. Reliable housing
The enclosure is very sturdy and not easily deformed. The main frame and base are made of steel profiles. The floor plank and the roof are made of steel plates. When the environment is harsh, the walls are made of double-layer steel plates with a fire-proof insulation layer in the middle. If required, stainless steel plates can be used. All exterior welding seams, including that on the base structure, are continuous to give perfect water-tightness.The highest level of protection is IP54. All metal structural parts have been sandblasted, hot-dipped galvanized and spray-painted. There are three paint finishes: primer, middle paint and top paint. The anti-corrosion grade is C5M.

The transformer can choose oil-immersed transformer or dry-type transformer. The internal temperature adjustment can choose natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The transformer room is equipped with a special heat dissipation channel, and the door is equipped with a labyrinth ventilation device.
