NIPower Fusion is an integrated prefabricated skid power module specifically designed for critical power systems such as data centers. It features a fully customized design, factory prefabrication, and modular construction. By integrating the electrical equipment, the modules enable large-scale production, in-factory commissioning, and modular delivery. This reduces the need for extensive on-site installation, wiring, and commissioning, ensuring higher eciency and workmanship.
The modules can be configured to include medium voltage switchgears, transformers, low-voltage switchgears, UPS, and outgoing feeder switchgears. With a unified structure, the modules are factory-assembled and transported as a complete system.

Safe, reliable & controllable NIPower DC7000 Fusion Power Module includes a medium voltage cabinet, dry-type transformer, low voltage cabinet, electrical components, monitoring system, and integrated assembly, all independently developed and produced by CHINT. These self-controlled products ensure the safe and reliable operation of the IT and power equipment.
Medium Voltage Switchgear Certification: Passed Seismic Resistance, Moisture, Pollution, High Altitude, Internal arc, and EMC tests. Performance: Mechanical life up to 50,000 cycles, electrical life up to 70 cycles.

NIPower DC7000 Fusion Power Module undergoes the mechanical simulation, the thermal dynamic simulation, and the dynamic and thermal stability calculations. Mechanical simulation ensures the reliability of the switchear and its base, the thermal dynamic simulation ensures the rationality of the heat dissipation design, while the dynamic and thermal stability calculations ensure the reliability of components and conductors.

Smart Solutions System The independent monitoring system achieves full-chain visualization management and predictive maintenance by collecting all electrical parameters, the temperature of key connection points, and switch status. Additionally, the monitoring software can be custom designed or upgraded according to customer’s requirements.

Dry-type Transformer • Capacity: 800 - 3,150kVA. • Connection type: Dyn 11. • Voltage ratio: 6,6.3,6.6,10,10.5,11,20,22,24,35~38.5 / 0.4 kV.
• Temperature rise: When operating at full nominal capacity, the average tempera- ture rise should not exceed 100K (F-class insulation). For H-class insulation, the average temperature rise should not exceed 125K. • Certification: Certified with IEC 60076-11. • Overload capacity: At rated kVA capacity, it can run continuously for 24 hours and can operate at 100% full load for a long time. • Partial discharge level: After applying a pre-stress voltage of 1.8 Ur between phases for 30 seconds, reduce the voltage to 1.3 Ur and continue the test for 3 minutes, with the discharge amount less than 10 pC (Ur is the rated voltage). • Service life: The transformer has a service life of no less than 30 years. Under the normal usage condition, the transformer will not suer any damage due to temperature changes during its service life.
Low-voltage Switchgear The switchgear is a modular, flexible solution for ecient power distribution. Allowing quick component removal for maintenance without system shutdown, ensuring safety and minimal downtime. Designed with compact size, the switchgear complies with IEC 61439 and relevant standards for seismic, internal arc, EMC and more.
