Mine flameproof electrical equipment Due to the narrow space of underground production activities, and the existence of a large number of high energy accumulation in the production process, the serious threat of water, fire, gas, coal dust and roof, etc., is very easy to occur gas explosion accidents, coal dust explosion accidents, fire accidents, etc., so the equipment in the key operation area underground is required to meet the mine explosion-proof type. The enclosure of explosion- proof electrical equipment is clearly marked with ‘Ex’. The explosion-proof mark of mine flameproof electrical equipment is ‘ExdI’. 2.Mine general electrical equipment The enclosure is closed, firm, drip proof, splash proof and moisture-proof, and can prevent direct contact with live parts from the outside. There is special junction box and mechanical locking to prevent electrified opening. It can only be used in the places with good ventilation and low risk of gas and coal dust explosion. Conclusion At present, Chint products have no explosion-proof type, so they are not suitable for underground operation, places with gas and dust explosion risk and key places requiring mining equipment At present, the main products are: 1.Mining and dressing plant, generally not far from the mining area, is relatively safe and does not require explosion-proof. 2.Generally, the smelter is independent, and explosion-proof is not required. 3.Mining area, mine general step-down substation, ground substation, power distribution control, or other underground operation and living areas away from the core operation.

Mine total step-down substation

The mine total step-down substation refers to the power transformation and distribution facilities that introduce high-voltage electric energy from the power system and distribute power to the mine load after reducing the voltage.

The layout is divided into outdoor and indoor parts.

The outdoor part mainly includes 35-110kv incoming distribution device, main transformer, 6-10KV distribution line and lightning protection facilities.

The indoor part includes 6-10kV distribution room, control duty room, electrostatic capacitor room, auxiliary facilities and living room. 35-110kv distribution equipment can also be installed indoors in narrow site or areas with serious air pollution.

The photovoltaic power station battery module is inverted by 96 PV inverters, and voltage is boosted to 35KV by 48 box type boost transformer, which is paralleled in 35kv bus through 4 collection line. Introduction

Power supply system in mining area is a whole which obtains power from the grid or self-built power stations to provide power for the mining area through transmission, transformation and distribution. It consists of power supply, transmission line and power station. The power supply system in mining area should meet the following requirements: Reliability: First of all, it ensures the necessary reliability of all kinds of users, and strive to make the connection of power supply system simple, so as to improve the safety of power supply; Flexibility: Flexible operation, safe operation, convenient maintenance and easy development; Economy: Less investment, less land occupation and low operation cost

There are mainly two types of power supply in the mining area which are internal power supply and external power supply.

The production and construction of mining area mainly relies on external power supply, which is obtained from the nearby regional substation with conditional supply. Internal power supply refers to the power station provided by coal or other related industry department.

Each mining area should have at least two power sources. Two power sources can be interpreted as two independent power stations (or substations) or fed from different bus sections of a power station (or substation). When any power source fails to supply power, the remaining power supply should still be able to bear all the load of the mining area. If the mining area is far away from the power system, it is difficult to introduce external power supply or only one power supply can be obtained from the power system, then internal power supply is needed.

The total planning of Zhangjiakou Olympic Corridor Project is 875MW and 270MW of which has been connected to grid. In order to improve the ecological environment of Zhangjiakou Olympic Corridor Project, Chint Astronergy has invested a lot of time and energy in R&D. The terrain of the project is undulating, the valleys are crisscross, stretching for 85 km, and the altitude is between 1000 m and 2000 m. Therefore, in the design, all-round three-dimensional modeling shadow analysis is carried out for each PV sub array to ensure that there is no shadow from 9:00 to 15:00 on the winter solstice.

The project is located in the northern suburb of Kolwezi City, DRC. The altitude is about 1400m and the annual average temperature is 20.1 ℃ . The annual average minimum temperature is 14℃, and the annual average maximum temperature is 27℃. The temperature difference between day and night in winter is extremely large. The annual average rainfall is 1220 mm ~ 1420 mm, mainly due to heavy thunderstorm. The maximum seismic intensity is less than 6 and the geological structure is stable. There is a small amount of S02 corrosive gas in the plant area.
